How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your CallUsYTL account and all associated personal data, follow these simple steps:

Sign in to your CallUsYTL app using your Google account (or open this page while logged in).
Email our support team at callus@callusytl.in with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - CallUsYTL".
Include the following details in your email:
- Your full name and Google account email used for sign-in.
- Your registered phone number (if provided).
- A brief reason for deletion (optional, for our records).
We will verify your request within 48 hours and process the deletion within 30 days, as per applicable laws (e.g., India's DPDP Act).
Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming the deletion once completed.

Note: Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. Any active orders must be completed or canceled before proceeding.

Upon successful verification and processing of your request, we will permanently delete the following data associated with your account:

Personal Information: Name, email, phone number, and profile details.
Order History: All past orders, addresses, and delivery details (including precise location data used for deliveries).
Chat Logs: Any temporary messages exchanged with delivery personnel (already auto-deleted post-delivery, but full purge ensured).
App Interactions: Usage logs, preferences, and Firebase-linked identifiers.

For legal, security, and operational reasons, we may retain limited anonymized or aggregated data for up to 90 days:

Anonymized Analytics: Usage stats (e.g., order counts without personal identifiers) for app improvement—retained for 90 days.
Order Receipts/Disputes: Basic transaction records (e.g., for tax/compliance) retained for 1 year, fully anonymized after 90 days.
Google Sign-In Data: Handled by Google; visit myaccount.google.com to manage your Google account separately.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. All deletions comply with global privacy standards.
